Hi! I'm Julianne, founder of No Sweat Vegan and Air Fryer Veg. I'm an ex-pat with a small kitchen and two hungry kids, so I naturally gravitate toward recipes that are simple, quick, and don't require a lot of cleanup. If there's an easier way to do something, I'll find it! I'm particularly fond of meals that seem comforting and indulgent but are secretly healthy. What better way to make a recipe healthier than by swapping deep frying for air frying!

My Food Blogging Journey
In March of 2020, about a week before you know what, I launched my first food blog, No Sweat Vegan. Later that year I bought my first air fryer and started posting air fryer recipes to my blog. Some of my favorite and most popular recipes were made in the air fryer (like this Air Fryer Summer Squash and these Air Fryer Tofu Nuggets).
In fact, my air fryer category started to get so big, I decided to start a separate blog, entirely devoted to my love of air frying. And thus, Air Fryer Veg was born!
What Air Fryer do I recommend?
Choose the air fryer that best meets your needs. Consider things like price, size, and functionality. I personally love my Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Grill and Air Fryer, because it has a bigger capacity, which better suits my family of four.
