Ingredients
  

  • 2 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ¾ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¾ teaspoon cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Optional Garnish

  • chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 425F or 210C. (If using a liner, do not put it in the air fryer while preheating.)
  • Slice the bell peppers and onions into medium-width strips.
  • Add the pepper and onion strips to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil and sprinkle on the seasonings. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Add the fajita veggies to a lined air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stopping occasionally to shake the basket.
  • The fajita veggies are done when the edges are nicely browned. Top with chopped cilantro and serve right away!
