Air Fryer Nectarines are an easy and delicious air fryer dessert! Ready in just over 10 minutes and perfect for adding a little pizazz to your favorite stone fruits. Top with vegan ice cream for a yummy treat or yogurt and granola for a healthy breakfast!
Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits. If the pits don't pop out easily, you can use a small spoon to dig them out.
Add the butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt to a small pot. Cook over medium heat, whisking to combine, until the butter melts. Remove the glaze from the heat.
Place the nectarines in a lined air fryer, cut-side down. Brush with the glaze. Cook for 3 minutes.
Open the air fryer and turn the nectarines over. Brush with the rest of the glaze. Sprinkle sugar over the top for extra caramelization (optional). Cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for about 5 minutes, then serve right away!
Notes
This recipe can make 2 to 4 servings, depending on how they're served. Nutritional info is calculated or 2 servings.
I included an optional pinch of salt to enhance the flavor. Even ⅛ of a teaspoon is too much, so I truly mean a small pinch of salt.
